Please complete
this simple web form to begin a trouble ticket in the HEAT system.
- Enter the first part of your email address (example:
gwashington), select your Campus from the pulldown list, your
Room Number, and the last four (4) digits of your
DISD Phone Number.
- Select the Problem item and Type from
the pulldown list.
- Write a brief but accurate Description of
the problem.
- When you are finished, CLICK the Submit button.
Note:
Requests to reset passwords must come to the Help Desk via HEAT ticket,
or through your Campus Technician, or CTT. Pentamation or student plus
password resets must be submitted via HEAT ticket.
